M.C.F. S.n.c.was established in 1980 by brothers Mauro and Carlo Ermacora. Born as a workshop for the construction of gates and railings, to enhance its appearance over the years has been expanded and now works on dedicated projects for thirds parties and it is specialised in the production of turnkey products. In over thirty years of business experience, professionalism and quality products and services has enabled the exponential growth of the company and its structures. Motivated by the (continued) constant competitiveness and the excellent results obtained on the market, the company aims to meet the increasing demands of the market in the most different fields of application. In fact, the realization of automated machines and complete systems allows to vary the application range from constructions to the wood industry. Our production capacity is very high: with the specialized staff and tools at our disposal we can build facilities for steel industries, equipment for the construction of bridges, machinery, completely tooled facilities for processing round and of welded wire mesh, presses for the wood industry.
The customer base is historical. Alongside international companies, over the years we have established a relationship of mutual cooperation that has allowed interesting developments to benefit both parties. While fulfilling our customer's demands, we try to create an ongoing relationship based on ' reliability of our work and the specialization of our service. Our team is highly specialized . The welders are all provided with licenses, workers at machine tools such as carpenters have years of work experience . Even the latest people we hire are accompanied and followed by specialised personnel in order to give them the best preparation and guarantee continuity in the company. As of today there are 31 persons working in the company, including 2 officers to 'engineering and management contracts 1, 1 employee to' Sales Department, 1 agent for export department, 2 'administrative operators and 24 skilled workers.
Following the company's belief and in order to guarantee the best results to all our customers, we work exclusively with certified material . From the steel sheet to the tube, from welding to the maintenance of the facilities, quality tests are carried out internally and, upon request, also by independent experts chosen by the customer. Futhermore, following the full cycle from the arrival of raw materials to the tests on the finished product, we can, step by step, check the quality of raw material and every individual process that this undergoes. We also guarantee independent transport service . Unless there are special needs we have the means for a prompt delivery. The premises include three warehouses with a total of 5000 sqm of covered and 2000 sqm of uncovered area.
